Refund and Cancellation Policy

All payments are final
The ₹2,000 entry fee paid to apply for QPL Star Hunt is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Once your payment is successfully processed, you will not be entitled to a refund or cancellation under any circumstances.
Why the fee is non-refundable
The entry fee is what makes QPL Star Hunt possible. It funds the evaluation process, the team of celebrities and industry experts who review applications, and the technology platform that secures your submission. It also helps us ensure that every applicant is serious about the opportunity.
By paying, you agree
When you complete the ₹2,000 payment through Cashfree, you confirm that you have read and accepted this Refund and Cancellation Policy along with our Terms and Conditions.
Payment errors
If you believe you were charged in error — for example, the same payment was deducted twice from your account due to a technical issue — please reach out to us within seven (7) days of the transaction. We will investigate with our payment partner Cashfree and process a refund of any duplicate or erroneous charge if it is confirmed.
Genuine duplicate charges are the only situation in which a refund may be issued. Failed selection, changes of mind, or any other reason do not qualify for a refund.
