Terms and Conditions

You may apply if you are a woman aged eighteen (18) years or older and a resident of India. By applying, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate and that you have the right to submit any content (photos, profile links, written answers) you upload.

Applications are accepted only during the open application window for the relevant season. We review every application using a combination of human reviewers, industry experts and evaluation tools. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection at any stage.

A non-refundable entry fee of ₹2,000 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand only) is required to submit an application. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree. Once paid, the entry fee is final and non-refundable in all circumstances. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy before paying.

By submitting photos, bios, social-media handles or any other material through the Platform ("User Content"), you grant MKJ GROUP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, display and distribute the User Content for the purposes of evaluating your application, producing season content, and promoting QPL Star Hunt. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights to the User Content you submit.

You agree to use the Platform lawfully and respectfully. You will not impersonate any person, submit false or misleading information, upload unlawful or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt the Platform's integrity. We reserve the right to disqualify or remove any application that violates these Terms.

All branding, design, content and software on the Platform — other than User Content — is the property of MKJ GROUP or its licensors, and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any part of the Platform without our prior written permission.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, store and use your information.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes from your participation in QPL Star Hunt.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MKJ GROUP, its directors, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount of the entry fee you have paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
